With a fairly long pow dry-spell in the area last weeks aggressive storms were more than welcome in Squamish. 100 plus cms later the mid week the avy report went through the roof and the rarely seen "Black / Extreme" rating was up.
The snowpack rapidly started consolidating and by Sunday things were certainly looking more favourable. We headed out for an epic day of Sled Skiing / Boarding with Andy, Paul and Terry. It was certainly my deepest day of the season so far....
